Is the invoicing software really free?
Yes. With Taxaia Esencial, creating, issuing, downloading and sending invoices and quotes is free, with no expiry date and no card. You only pay if you want the AI to handle your expenses, documents and quarter too.
How many invoices can I create for free?
As many as you need. Taxaia Esencial does not limit the number of invoices, quotes or clients.
Do I need a card or to sign up?
We do not ask for a card. You can prepare the invoice without an account; to issue it with a final number we only ask for your email, with no password.
Does it work for freelancers and for companies?
Yes. It is built for freelancers and small businesses in Spain, with or without IRPF withholding.
What if I want to automate later on?
You activate a paid plan from the same account and try it for 30 days with no card. Your invoices and clients stay where they were, and if you do not continue you keep invoicing for free with Taxaia Esencial.
Are my invoices VERI*FACTU-compliant?
Yes. Every invoice issued in Taxaia creates its invoicing record with a fingerprint chained to the previous one, as RD 1007/2023 requires, on Taxaia Esencial too. On Taxaia Esencial you can turn on VERI*FACTU submission to the AEAT for up to 10 invoices a month; corrective invoices don't count.
